Platinum Plan

Our Platinum Maintenance Plan is our highest offering. It includes unlimited remote and phone support during regular office hours and after hours calls, excluding holidays. Plus, it offers discounted travel fees, on-site visit fees, and a discount off retail of all billable repair parts with same-to-next day hardware response times.

Gold Plan

Our Gold Maintenance Plan is our most popular plan. It includes a discounted hourly rate during regular business hours and a discount off retail on billable repair and replacement parts. Phone support is billed at the discounted hourly rate.

Silver Plan

Our Silver Maintenance Plan includes a discounted hourly rate for all remote phone support, on-site visit, and same-day support on hardware during normal office hours.

Bronze Plan

Our lowest plan, the Bronze Maintenance Plan includes discounted hourly rates for all remote phone support, on-site visits, and same-day support on hardware during normal office hours.
